This was a perfect hotel stay. My main concern in any hotel is cleanliness and the entire hotel felt so clean and tidy. The room was compact and perfect for us, we wanted somewhere we could sleep and shower and be right in the middle of the plaza shopping. It felt safe with a locked garage and the view out of our room was stunning. It was also surprisingly affordable at $110/night. Will stay there again!
I visited KC with my family this past week to lay my grandfather to rest. I wanted a hotel that was nice but still affordable and close to places we could eat at and enjoy as a family as this was our first time together in over 10 years. The entire experience was almost perfect. Only hiccup was miss communication on daily room services. I requested it at check in however we only received it for 1 day. Which wasn’t the end of the world. Wayne was a trooper and a pleasure! His beverage craft was perfect and personalized every interaction not only with my family of 13 but other guests at the lobby bar. On the last night we wanted to just stay in as a family and watch the NFL draft together. Wayne allowed us to order in pizza and eat as a family comfortably as the temps dropped outside. We of course drank with him to show appreciation . Overall 9 out of 10 experience rating! Thank you to Wayne and the KC Aloft team. My family will make this a regular stay when we visit home.
I travel extensively for business and spent over 60 nights in hotels last year alone. The staff at the Aloft Country Club Plaza have continuously exceeded all of my expectations. The staff has made me feel wanted and comfortable each time I am in Kansas City. Vonda at the front desk has been especially exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and new, the rooms are always clean and have vinyl flooring, and the lobby is a fun and cool place to relax after a long day of work. I would not stay anywhere else in KC!
I can not speak highly enough about this hotel and its staff. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Location was amazing. Next to shopping and a park (for walking). All they needed was a pool and that would have been the cherry on top. Highly recommend!!!
Employees were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast is good but not complementary and prepared after ordering. The bar located in the Aloft next to the lobby is good with great drinks but it pricey.
